She holds an LLB from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, an LLM in Technology, Media and Telecommunications Law from Queen Mary University of London, and certification in the Foundations of Independent Audit of AI Systems.

As Partner for Data Privacy and AI Governance at JM Law, Gloria advises clients on building practical, defensible, and scalable compliance programmes across African and European regulatory environments. She supports organisations on privacy strategy, data governance, responsible AI, privacy-by-design, regulatory risk, and cross-border compliance, helping clients innovate confidently while meeting evolving legal obligations.

Before joining JM Law, Gloria advised global institutions, NGOs, health-sector organisations, edtech innovators, and high-growth ventures through roles with TechLegality, the UK National Health Service, Heward Mills, Arifu, and the National Democratic Institute. Her work has involved engagements connected to UNICEF, CNIL, NHS, Mastercard Foundation partners, USAID, DFID, and digital development initiatives.
